In these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any agreement between us, the following words have these meanings:

Confirmed by quotation, proposal, invoice or email.

Words in the singular include the plural, and the other way round.

Using our website

1. You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

2. You must not:

   • copy, republish or sell content from this website without our written permission;
   • use the website in a way that damages it or interferes with other people’s use of it;
   • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
   • send false information, spam or harmful code through our contact or enquiry forms.

3. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Our services

1. PK Solutions provides:

   • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Local SEO;
   • Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads and social media marketing;
   • content marketing and email marketing;
   • website design and development, e-commerce and mobile apps;
   • custom software such as CRM and ERP systems.

2. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

3. Any work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately. We will always tell you before starting extra paid work.

SEO and advertising results

1. Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms control their own rankings, algorithms and advertising policies, and these change often.

2. We work hard to improve your rankings, traffic and leads, but we cannot guarantee a specific ranking position (for example “#1 on Google”) or a specific number of leads or sales.

3. SEO results usually build up gradually over several months.

4. Advertising budget paid to Google, Meta or any other platform is spent on that platform, is governed by its own terms, and is separate from our management fee.

Your responsibilities

1. To help us deliver on time, you agree to:

   • provide content, logins, approvals and feedback when we ask for them;
   • make sure any text, images or logos you give us belong to you, or that you have the right to use them;
   • give us accurate information about your business, products and offers;
   • keep your account passwords safe after we hand the project over.

2. If content, feedback or approvals are delayed, the project timeline will move accordingly.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

1. Payment

   All payments must be made through payment methods approved by the Company, and only in favour of “PK Solutions”.

   We never ask anyone to collect payments in another name, into a personal account, or by any unofficial method. If someone asks you to do this, please contact us before paying.

2. Cancellation

   Please give at least seven (7) days’ notice before your scheduled appointment or project start date to avoid a cancellation fee. With that notice, we will cancel your booking without further questions.

3. Refunds

   You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us using the details under “Contact us” at the end of this page.

4. Unauthorised payments

   PK Solutions is not responsible for any loss caused by payments made through unauthorised methods or to anyone other than PK Solutions.

Intellectual property

1. Unless stated otherwise, PK Solutions owns the content, design and branding of this website.

2. Once a project is fully paid, ownership of the final work made specifically for you — such as your website design and written content — passes to you.

3. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain under their own licences.

4. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Confidentiality

1. We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver your project.

2. We will not share them with anyone else unless you allow it, it is needed to deliver the service, or the law requires it.

Ending our work together

1. Either Party may end an ongoing service by giving written notice.

2. You will pay for work completed up to the date the service ends, subject to the refund terms above.

3. We may suspend or stop work if payments are overdue, or if we are asked to do anything unlawful or against a platform’s policies.

Cookies

1. This website uses cookies. By using pksolutions.org, you agree to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies help the website remember your details between visits and make some features work. Some of our advertising and analytics partners may also use cookies.

Third-party links and services

1. Our website links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms.

2. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

1. This website and its content are provided “as is”.

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PK Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, data or business — arising from the use of this website or our services.

3. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

4. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

2. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
